Before Installation
We understand that hardwood installation can be a disruption to your daily routine, but we will work with you to make sure you're prepared. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please take the following steps before our crew arrives:
- Clear the installation area of furniture, rugs, and personal belongings.
- Prepare the room by removing any obstacles that may interfere with the installation process.
During Installation
Our experienced installation team will work efficiently to minimize disruption to your home. We'll communicate with you throughout the process and address any questions or concerns you may have. It's important for an adult to be present during the installation to provide access to the home and answer any questions the crew may have. For the safety of your children and pets, please make arrangements to keep them out of the installation area during the process.
After Installation
Once the installation is complete, our crew will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction. We'll answer any questions you may have and address any concerns. Please note that it's normal for new hardwood floors to settle slightly after installation. You may be asked to avoid heavy traffic on your floors for a short period to allow them to settle properly.
